SUBOXONE is indicated for the treatment of opioid dependence in adults. SUBOXONE should not be taken by individuals who have been shown to be hypersensitive to buprenorphine or naloxone as serious adverse reactions, including anaphylactic shock, have been reported. Taking SUBOXONE with other opioid medicines, benzodiazepines, alcohol, or other central nervous system depressants can cause breathing problems that can lead to coma and death. Other side-effects may include headaches, nausea, vomiting, constipation, insomnia, pain, increased sweating, sleepiness, dizziness, coordination problems, physical dependence or abuse, and liver problems. For more information about SUBOXONE, see Suboxone.com, the full Prescribing Information, and Medication Guide or talk to your healthcare provider. You are encouraged to report negative side effects of drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.

Oregon's opioid crisis has significant impacts on individuals, families, and communities across the state.
Key Statistics On Opioid Use in Oregon:
- Deaths from drug overdoses in Oregon rose 33.6% to 1,069 in 2021, which was the fifth-largest jump in deaths in the nation and greater than the 31% rise seen in 2020. The increase in Oregon's numbers was primarily due to an influx of fentanyl.
- Fentanyl-related overdose deaths in Oregon rose from 226 reports in 2020 to 508 reports in 2021, an increase of roughly 125%.
- Oregon reported a total of 955 unintentional opioid overdose deaths in 2022.
In Oregon, the availability of buprenorphine may mirror the national issue, where more than 40% of pharmacies do not stock this crucial medication, suggesting considerable challenges in medication access for opioid use disorder.
To address this challenge, Bicycle Health's pharmacy finder tool not only locates pharmacies in Oregon with available buprenorphine but also confirms insurance acceptance and ensures a stigma-free experience for patients. This tool has notably increased the success rate of locating in-stock medication to 75%, thereby significantly reducing the number of same-day unfilled prescriptions. With a 99% same-day fill rate for buprenorphine through this tool, Bicycle Health is helping to bridge the treatment gap in a tangible, impactful way.
