Website and Technology Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement was last updated on May 6, 2026.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Bicycle Health is committed to providing a website and digital experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working to align our public-facing website (bicyclehealth.com), our web-based patient enrollment flow, and our iOS and Android patient applications (collectively, the “Covered Properties”) with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our goal. Because accessibility is an ongoing effort and the Covered Properties are continuously updated, portions of the Covered Properties may not yet be fully conformant. We are actively working to identify and address areas where conformance can be improved. As we develop and publish new content, the principles of accessible design and development are an essential component of both conceptualization and execution.

Assessment Approach

Bicycle Health has engaged Allyant, an independent third-party accessibility consultant, to evaluate the Covered Properties and assist with remediation. We continually evaluate content and features for compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards and diligently address any identified issues to meet or exceed the standards. Testing includes a combination of automated tools and manual review with assistive technologies. In partnership with Allyant, we collaborate with individuals with disabilities to conduct usability tests with the aim of making our Covered Properties accessible. Allyant’s evaluation does not constitute a certification of full WCAG conformance, and the results inform an ongoing remediation roadmap maintained internally by Bicycle Health.

Bicycle Health views accessibility as a continuous process. As we redesign existing features and release new ones, we incorporate accessibility considerations into our development lifecycle and re-evaluate conformance periodically.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Covered Properties may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include, without limitation, certain legacy documents, third-party plug-ins or embedded content, dynamically generated content, and content provided by third parties that we do not control. We are working to remediate identified issues in accordance with our internal remediation roadmap. Where content is not accessible, we will provide alternative means of access as described below.

Alternative Means of Access

If you encounter any content or function on the Covered Properties that is not accessible to you, Bicycle Health will work with you to provide the information, service, item, or transaction you seek through an alternative communication method that is accessible to you, consistent with applicable law. Alternative methods may include, for example, telephone assistance from a Bicycle Health enrollment coordinator who can complete web-based intake or enrollment forms with you over the phone.

Feedback and Requests for Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Covered Properties and requests for assistance. If you experience any accessibility barriers, need information or services in an alternative accessible format, believe that Bicycle Health has discriminated against you because of your disability and thus violated Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and/or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and you were unable to access content from our Covered Properties, or have a complaint about the accessibility of the Covered Properties, please contact us using any of the methods below. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility requests within ten (10) business days.

When you contact us, please describe the nature of the accessibility issue, the web address (URL) or location where you encountered it, and your preferred method of being contacted in response. This information helps us respond promptly and effectively.
