WHAT TO EXPECT:
In the 1 hour conversation, we’ll focus on your experience seeking therapy services at Bicycle Health. Summary information from all the interviews will be used to inform the development of our internal technology and processes related to therapy referrals.
MEETING DETAILS:
We’ll talk over Zoom, and you don’t have to prepare, apart from making sure that you have a good internet connection and are in a quiet place where you can speak freely.
*Note: Your participation is voluntary, and your decision to participate or not will not affect any of the services you receive with Bicycle Health and will not be added to your medical records. During the interview, we will not discuss your medical history, current symptoms, or any personal health information.
