
LaTara Taylor, NP, is a dually board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, bringing a unique blend of physical and mental healthcare expertise to her practice. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Chamberlain University, which she initially utilized during a rewarding career in Emergency Room Management.
Prior to her career in medicine, LaTara proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Over her 15-year nursing career, she has cultivated a vast clinical background, with experience spanning telemetry, trauma, medical-surgical care, critical care, hospice, pediatrics, cardiology, orthopedics, and psychiatry.
Driven by the belief that nursing is a profound calling, LaTara is dedicated to making a positive impact on patients from all walks of life. She is the proud mother of a 18-year-old young lady who is her motivation and inspiration for success.
