Cynthia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her  20-year career includes tenures at prominent medical institutions such as Miami Heart, Mount Sinai, and Baptist Health. Her clinical background is extensive, spanning the full continuum of care—from critical care and crisis stabilization to outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

As a specialist in addiction medicine, Cynthia focuses on providing her patients access to Medication-Assisted Treatment and is highly qualified in managing co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
