Audrey Kostrzewa, PharmD, MPH, BCPS received her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Iowa. Dr. Kostrzewa completed a pharmacy residency at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin focusing on ambulatory care and community practice and is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
