Hear from other Bicycle Health patients

I was in the dark part of my life and was treated with respect. Jill has listened to me and understood what I was experiencing. She reassured me that I could get through this and gave me the tools to do just that. Thank you to everyone at Bicycle who has helped me to this point.

[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
The doctors and team members worked diligently to get me to a stable condition so I could get back to my normal life. With work and 3 kids, it is hard finding the time to reach out for help. Being able to reach out at anytime or ask for help and advice definitely got my life on the right track and made me feel like someone actually cared and that I was not alone.
Executive Chef Beaver Dam Wisconsin
I like that I can do everything from the privacy of my own home. No one is judgemental and everyone is very nice. The Dr appointments are great, short, and sweet. Also, whenever I ask a question on the Spruce app, it is answered in a very timely manner.

My previous provider made me feel like I had to choose between having a job and being in treatment. I always felt like I was an inconvenience. With Bicycle Health, I feel like the team actually cares about me and wants to help. I’m so grateful to have found you!
