About Julie Craig, MD

Julie earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Oregon Health & Science University and completed her residency at Northern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency Program. Julie operates from a patient-centered model and strives to reduce harm and stigma, increase the use of evidence-based treatment, and promote the rights and autonomy of people who use drugs. In her free time, Julie enjoys snow sports, hiking, and biking.

Since I have made the change to Bicylce Health, I feel accepted and that I can be real with my provider. I cannot tell you what a relief it has been for me. I feel like a 50 pound weight has been lifted off my chest! I’m so happy I made the change!!
Financial Counselor San Luis a Obispo, CA
[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
When I lost my job and insurance and had to move out of the state, I was really stressed. I feared interruption in my care and treatment services. Or worse- losing my medical care all together. But with Bicycle [Health] I have been able to continue my care with no delays!
Property Manager and Full time wife & mother in Tampa, FL
My previous provider made me feel like I had to choose between having a job and being in treatment. I always felt like I was an inconvenience. With Bicycle Health, I feel like the team actually cares about me and wants to help. I’m so grateful to have found you!
