Hear from current Bicycle Health patients

I love that I can message my medical team 24 hours a day, & get a quick response. I am so grateful to the Bicycle Health team. I feel like you are a family, who truly cares for me. I can't thank you enough!
Stay at home mother, NC
My anxiety causes me so much stress when it comes to going out, especially to the doctor's office so it's nice to be able to just pick up my phone.

[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
What I liked the most is Bicycle Health doesn't put you on a waiting list. They start caring for you immediately. They take what they do very seriously. They make themselves available through an app at all times because they understand help and treatment has no time frame.
Cleaning Specialist Florence Alabama
Honestly, it's the all-around friendliest and most comfortable situation that I've experienced, starting from those who answer calls all the way to the doctor you are talked to like a person and shown they actually care!!
