Hear from current Bicycle Health patients

Telemedicine is very important, especially right now while we are still very much in the middle of a pandemic. I love that I am able to reach out any time of any day on the spruce app for whatever reason & I'm always answered in a timely manner.
housewife, Houston TX
I felt accepted, without judgment, from the first phone call. I truly felt respected and cared for which is hard to find these days. On my first intake phone call Christina was wonderful, and my practitioner Christine is superb. I never thought I would find a service like yours but I am grateful that I did.
Registered nurse, Newport Ritchie Florida
I love the fact that I can see my doctor as easily as picking up my phone. I have already recommended this service to several of my family/friends.

[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
All of the staff are very kind. I like having online video appointments. I feel that the medical team really cares about my treatment.
