About Kathryn Rutland, MD, MPH

Kathryn Rutland, MD, MPH, is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and she joined Bicycle Health as a medical provider in September 2020. Kathryn earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Kentucky, and she completed her residency at the University of Louisville Family Medicine Residency Program. Kathryn approaches treatment for opioid misuse with an integrative approach, and she’s dedicated to helping patients and families find hope and healing. She is a fierce advocate for her patients and creates a safe, reliable, and nurturing environment throughout each telehealth encounter. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling.
