The online appointment fits into my life better, being I work Monday-Friday 8-5. The person I have for a physician is pretty awesome. He is down to earth and cares but doesn’t push [too hard] either.
Construction
[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
I have bad anxiety and part of that is social anxiety which has prevented me from taking the steps I need to get clean and sober. Doing my doctor appointments and group sessions on zoom is the best thing to happen to me.
Certified Nurses Assistant in Albion, MI
It's the easiest and most convenient way to talk and get help for a substance abuse problem.
At home care giver. Front Royal VA
I love the fact that I'm not treated like a number; the Bicycle Health professionals have taken the time to get to know my particular situation and continue to work with me in getting things just right.
