I travel for work, so [with Bicycle Health] I don't have to change doctors every time I change jobs which is 6 or 7 times a yr.
U.A Union Welder, Michigan
I felt accepted, without judgment, from the first phone call. I truly felt respected and cared for which is hard to find these days. On my first intake phone call Christina was wonderful, and my practitioner Christine is superb. I never thought I would find a service like yours but I am grateful that I did.

[What I like most about Bicycle Health so far is them] creating a space and program for the patient to be honest, open, and transparent about substance usage without facing "punishment", "judgment", and being able to develop goals with the patient's provider that fits even the most complex needs of the patient.
Geographer in Aurora, Colorado
They are very nice and understanding. They don’t judge me at all and their main focus has been making sure I’m comfortable in my transition into sobriety. This service has been better than any dr office I’ve ever been to! 100% recommend them.
Cashier in Molino, FL
Honestly, it's the all-around friendliest and most comfortable situation that I've experienced, starting from those who answer calls all the way to the doctor you are talked to like a person and shown they actually care!!
